I do not offer refunds for nails that do not fit.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure proper measurement using a sizing kit for a specified length and shape.

We also offer sizing through “the coin method”, which provides a faster turnaround time for your set, however it should be noted that this method may result in slight inaccuracies.

To ensure press-on nails last, I’ve compiled a page on proper prep and application as a great foundation to obtain a solid application of your set. See Application + Removal

Other than that, keep in mind the following:

• Do not use your nails to open boxes or hard-to-open cans. This risks lifting and potentially breaking the press-on

• Avoid soaking your nails for long periods of time. Whether that be in the pool, doing dishes, or taking a hot bath. Temperature and prolonged exposure to water can loosen the adhesion of your press-on set.

• Avoid using excessive glue or filing of the press on nail.

• Improperly fit press-ons will have a harder time staying on. Ensure you’ve ordered the correct size that fits sidewall to sidewall and does not overlap skin.

Depending on your purchased set, processing and shipping times may vary. We currently do not ship internationally, but hope to do so in the future! Estimated time windows are provided below.
